The QBMS Cash Management (Q/CM) module organizes all transactions affecting any bank account. Check and deposit transactions are gathered from other modules automatically, adjustments are easily entered, and statement reconciliation is a simple process. Q/CM is integrated with the QBMS General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules. Q/CM supports: account reconciliation and balance information definition for up to 100 bank accounts; deposit slip creation for check, cash and credit card receipts entered through Accounts Receivable; and a net cash position projection report, with projection made over a user-defined horizon.
