The QBMS Order Entry (Q/OE) module improves customer service by organizing incoming orders, efficiently allocating inventory, expediting the shipping process and tracking order status. Q/OE is integrated with the QBMS Shipping Manifest, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Purchase Order and Inventory modules. Q/OE supports: on-the-fly kitting; customer unique pricing; direct fax Order Entry; on-Screen "heads up" review; EDI integration for inbound 850s (POs), 855 (PO Acknowledgement), 865 (PO Change), 869 (Order Status Inquiry) and 870 (Order Status Report) transactions; and direct connection to vendors' systems for product availability checks.
